Payment Policy
We give you a variety of payment options. Please note that we are doing all that we can to provide you a secure payment method, specially when you provide us your credit card details. Below are the different payment methods that you can choose from.

- To pay by check or money order, please first place your order by sending us an email with the following details:
- Customer Name
- Item Name with Link

- We will then call you once order is received.

- Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. Total order amount will change if there are additional bank fees. If you opt to use this payment option, please contact us first before placing your order.
The payment method for an order cannot be changed once the order has been submitted to AVTELCOM. To chose an alternative payment method, you will need to contact us so we can cancel your existing order, and then place a new order with your preferred payment method. Please note that when cancelling credit card orders, it can take up to five (5) business days for the payment authorization to be removed by your credit card company, and the settlement of this is not covered by our services.
Occasionally we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner if you directly pay to us via your debit/credit card. This verification process is for your protection, rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple phone call or fax communication. Please provide your correct contact details for faster communication, or you may call us at 432-897-4986.
If we suspect any fraudulent use of personal or payment details, we reserve the right to put any order on hold while we undertake the necessary payment verification for bank checks, bank wire transfers, and other types of payments. We further reserve the right to cancel any transaction following such fraudulent activities.
Note: All orders will be processed upon verifying cleared payments.
Sales Tax
It is necessary that we add a local sales tax to orders within Texas. When an order is shipped within the state of Texas, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including any shipping charges. Purchases in our store are subject to an 8.25% local sales tax. This tax is not a VAT and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home. We do not collect taxes on orders shipped out of Texas.
Shipping Policy
All Free Shipping offers on our shop apply to Continental USA only. We will charge an adjusted ship cost for items sent outside the Lower 48 states. Please contact us for more details if you are outside Continental USA.
We ship items from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Store in-stock items for domestic shipments are usually shipped the same day of order. Most of our items ship within 3-7 business days, and arrives to your doorstep in 7-15 business days. In case the delivery will be delayed due to miscalculated stocking schedules, we will notify you immediately.
Our Shipping Method within Continental USA is usually by ground. If you want to expedite delivery, you may contact us and we will try to see what we can do. Expedite shipments may incur additional costs and will be charged to the customer.
For International Shipping, please send us a message first for estimated shipping costs. This might also incur additional fee such as Customs/Duty Tax imposed by your Country's Government Policies, this will be the buyer's responsibility.
Return Policy
AVTELCOM partners with Manufacturers and Suppliers of high quality brands of Professional and Commercial Audio, Video, Telecom, Electronics, and Computers.
Most of our brand new products ship directly from our Manufacturer/Supplier and are tested for quality assurance. The products we sell are covered by the warranty policies of our Manufacturers/Suppliers. If something isn’t right or you just changed your mind, we will try to help you as long as our policies are followed.
Easy 30-Day/14-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days (for brand new products) or 14 days (for used products) of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
Return Eligibility Conditions
If all conditions are not met, AVTELCOM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
1.) All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
2.) AVTELCOM can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Defective, Damaged, and Missing Items
Defective items can be subject to refunds or replacements with the same item models.
Except for B-Stock items which are normally purchased with the customer’s knowledge regarding the products’ condition. AVTELCOM reserves the right to accept returns and refund requests for B-Stock items.
If the item looks damaged because of the mishandling of shipping couriers, AVTELCOM can assist the customer in filing a claim. But this does not mean that AVTELCOM shall be held responsible for the damages. The same thing applies when the package is missing or did not arrive in the customer’s address and the shipping courier marked it as delivered.
Please note that claims for damaged and missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. AVTELCOM can no longer assist the customer if the claim is more than two business days.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed. The replacement item will be delivered after 5-7 days from the moment the item arrives in our Manufacturer’s Warehouse.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Export Policy
All items sold by AVTELCOM LLC shall be the responsibility of the direct buyer. Items shall not be resold and cannot be supplied to countries which are banned or embargoed by the US Government.
AVTELCOM LLC currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, Uganda, Qatar, and all other countries which are identified by the Government of USA to be state sponsors of terrorism.
Accordingly, all items sold to countries outside USA shall not be used for terrorism and/or acts which can harm the public. In case these terms are violated, AVTELCOM LLC shall not be held responsible.
